Topul celor mai nociva marci de ciocolata.

Nutriţioniştii recomandă părinţilor să înlocuiască zahărul din dulciuri, cum ar fi şi ciocolata, cu zahărul din natură, precum cel ce se regăseşte în fructe. Reprezentanţii Asociaţiei Naţionale pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor şi Promovarea Programelor şi Strategiilor din România (ANPCPPS) au avut o curiozitate: să afle câte E-uri conţin mărcile de ciocolată puse în vânzare pe piaţa autohtonă.
     Aceşti aditivi sunt blamaţi în totalitate de nutriţionişti, care recomandă înlocuirea dulciurilor oferite copiilor cu fructele şi legumele. Metoda de lucru a celor de la „Protecţia Consumatorului” după care au întocmit clasamentul ciocolatei în funcţie de numărul de E-uri a fost simplă: s-a luat eticheta şi s-a calculat numărul de substanţe considerate dăunătoare care se află în conţinutul acestor dulciuri.
Conform studiului, pe primul loc în acestă ierarhie a E-urilor conţinute de ciocolată, cu maximul de opt, se afla Novatini (cu cremă căpşuni şi friscă) şi Poiana (cu lapte şi cremă cu aromă de vişine). Şapte E-uri conţin: Primola Fresh Cherry, Primola Fresh Lemon, Novatini (cea cu caramel şi cea cu vişine) şi Heidi Grand Or Florentine.
     În schimb, Primola Fresh Mint, Novatini Cappuccino, Africana (cu cremă de capşune), Africana (cu cremă de rom) şi Poiana (cu frişcă şi căpşune) au în compoziţie câte şase E-uri.
Cinci astfel de aditivi conţin Schogetten, Anidor (Croquant – lait and folie noisettes şi amer), Primola (cu caramel sau cu căpşuni), Novatini (cu coniac şi cu rom), Africana (cu cremă de banane) şi Milka Raspberry Cream.
     În continuare urmează Africana (cu cremă de cappuccino), Poiana (varianta simplă, cea cu cremă de caramel şi cea cu cremă de lichior), Amaretto, Dark Orange, Heidi Gourmette, Heidi Cherry, Carrefour – Chocolat noir fără zahăr, cu câte patru E-uri.
În schimb, Anidor Intense Noir cu 80% cacao, Anidor Charme Noir cu 70% cacao, Lindt (ciocolată albă cu migdale), Lindt (ciocolată amăruie cu migdale) şi Lindt (lapte 44%, ciocolată amară 22% cu alune) nu conţin niciun E.
     Cei mai des întâlniţi aditivi din compoziţia ciocolatei sunt: E420 sorbitol, E 270 acid lactic, E120 – acid carminic, E200 – acid sorbic, E1103 invertază, respectiv E322 – lecitină din soia, E476 poliglicerol poliricinoleat şi E330 acid citric. Dintre cei opt, primii cinci sunt consideraţi periculoşi pentru sănătate.
Printre pericolele care pândesc organismul în urma consumării acestor substanţe considerate suspecte se regăsesc alergiile, dereglările hormonale, tulburările hepatice, bolile intestinale şi ale ficatului, tulburări ale tubului digestiv, tulburările nervoase şi creşterea colesterolului.
     Aditivul sorbitol E420 din ciocolată are mai multe întrebuinţări în industria alimentară şi este întâlnit în multe produse. O cantitate mare de E420 consumată poate provoca probleme ale intestinelor şi dureri de stomac.
În schimb, E476 este folosit doar în alimentele sărace în grăsimi sau în dulciuri pe bază de cacao, cum ar fi ciocolata. La animalele de laborator a produs efecte hepato şi nefrotoxice.
În ceea ce priveşte E270 (acidul lactic), nu ar trebui dat bebeluşilor sau copiilor mici, deoarece aceştia nu au încă dezvoltate enzimele care să metabolizeze aceste forme de lactaţi.
Acidul carminic (E120) produce o creştere a hiperactivităţii. Se mai utilzează în cosmetică. E200 se află în unele alimente şi se regăseşte şi sub formă de acizi graşi naturali. Poate produce iritaţii dermice, alergii, distruge vitamina B12. Consumul frecvent nu este recomandat.
